Enter your last name, or the first few letters of your last name, and then click submit. The program will look to see if anybody with that last name has previously saved an application. If applicants with the name are found, you will be prompted to select your name from a list of applicants. If you have not previously saved an application, you will be given the blank application to complete.
You are given two options to complete the web application. Use the 'Submit to National Office' when the application is completely finished to send the application to the NCAA for processing. Use the 'Save Local' to save an incomplete application that can be finished at another time. The 'Save Local' will save the data but not send the application to the NCAA and thus allows you to re-open the application, complete the application and then submit the application to the NCAA.
